The importance of the Internet
With NAR and other organizations reporting that 80%+ of buyers are now starting their search for real estate on the Internet - there is no surprise that agents are starting to understand the importance of having a strong internet presence.
So many agents spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars on internet websites and rarely if ever get prospects from their investments. Realty Times reported that over 95% of all real estate websites are never seen, except when the site owner sends the prospect directly to the website.
We bring our real estate agent clients the experience and expertise to help them leverage the internet to help find new buyer prospects, to gain more exposure for their listings and as a resource for prospects and past clients about the communities that they support.
